Creating Yourself

Life isn't about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself.
~ George Bernard Shaw ~

Hi my friends,

It's amazing how many people liked my post from yesterday - thank you ALL for your kind comments to that post. :)

After two cool days it starts to be warmer again in sunny Florida. I admit, I don't mind when it's a little bit cooler, the air feels better and more crispy too. It's easier to breath than in those hot days that we had before. The only one thing is: I'm really missing the season changes with all the colored trees up in the North! Palm trees don't change, they don't loose their leafs :)

See you tomorrow here again, right...? :)

About being strong...

A man (and women!) must be big enough to admit mistakes,
smart enough to profit from them, and strong enough to correct them.

~ John C. Maxwell ~

Hi my friends,

I hope you had a nice Sunday too.

I met yesterday a very nice person again who I haven't seen for 18 years. The first moment to see each other again was very overwhelming and exciting. But after 5 minutes talking together it felt like there never ever has been 18 years in between, we had great discussion and laughter and of course there was a lot of memories to share together.

Do you had similar experiences too?

Stay tuned with me and thank you sooo much for all your wonderful comments again!

Shrimp Boats in McClellanville, at the Coast of South Carolina

McClellanville, a small picturesque fishing village
at the Coast of South Carolina

I love harbor scenes and my first post about McClellanville is dedicated to the shrimp boats, sitting in the harbor, just coming back from the morning catch

I love details, like here: all the ropes they need on a boat

and the colorful nets

and all the poles in and around the boats

net details

more colorful details...

Even rust can be beautiful...

pretty colors

Last Monday we drove up to the north at the coast line of South Carolina to visit a little fishing village with the name McClellanville. Today I'm showing you some picture impressions from the dock where the shrimp boats were sitting in the small harbor.

Tomorrow I will show you more photos from a picture book perfect surrounding and the small village it self. Stay tuned....

P.S. this is my #651 post today with more than 20'400 visitors!
Thank you all for stopping by almost every day and for having you as my loyal friends and for all your kind comments in all these days!

I'm Back To My Old Job Again

Marsh scene at Folly Beach

Two rusty old boats have seen better days for sure

And of course I'm NOT going into politics!!! That was a joke, people!
I never ever could do that: promising people with great and good sounding words something that they forget in the same second when they get elected!!!

I prefer and LOVE to do my photography and I hope you will still enjoy it and honor me with your comments in the future also.

I'm easy to handle: some kind words or opinions and you will make my day! :-)
